Application Submission and Selection
NDFN reserves the right to select or not to select any of the applications. NDFN prioritizes safeguarding, ensuring that any data or information collected during the task remains confidential and shall not be disseminated without NDFN's prior consent.

Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
Deadline for Submission: 20th February 2025

Expression of Interest should include the following information:

1. A covering letter addressed to NDFN on the official letterhead of the company or firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory.
2. Letter of Application, including the plan of action, company registration or firm registration documents, applicant's information details, and work experience details.
3. Cost Proposal, including the cost breakdown for the following:
   • English-Nepali Translation Devices: Around 250-280 devices required to cover 3 halls.
   • Translation Booth: Pricing for providing a translation booth in the main hall for live translations.
   • Other Necessary Equipment: Any additional tools or items required for effective translation services in all halls.

Key Responsibilities of Vendor:

• Provide and deliver approximately 250-280 English-Nepali translation devices, ensuring they are fully functional and suitable for use across 3 halls in Pokhara.
• Supply and set up a translation booth in the main hall for live translation services.
• Ensure the devices and booth meet quality standards, providing clear and accurate translations during events.
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of devices and booths during the event as needed.

Payment Terms:
• NDFN will release the amount as proposed, including all applicable taxes as per Nepal Government regulations.
• 50% of the amount will be released at the start of the agreement.
• The remaining 50% will be released upon the submission and approval of the final devices and translation booth setup.
