Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Procurement of Bottle and Cup

Application submission and Selection:

NDFN reserve the right to select or not to select any of the application. NDFN keeps safeguarding as a top priority so, any data or information collected during the task shall be kept confidential and shall not be disseminated without NDFN's prior consent.

B. Submission of Expression of Interest

Deadline for the submission of EOI: 12^th February 2025

Expression of Interest should include the following information:

(i)	A covering letter addressed to the NDFN on the official letterhead of company or individual consultant duly signed by authorized signatory.
(ii)	Letter of Application including the plan of action Company Registration Documents. Applicant’s Information details Work Experience Details.
(iii)	Cost of 300 Psc Hot Water Bottle with Print and Delivery. Cost of 300 Psc Color Cup(mug) with Print and Delivery.

B. Specification – Quantity 300 Psc.

Key Responsibilities of Vendor:

Show the sample piece bottle and cup and get approval of NDFN.
Prepare 300 Psc Hot Water Bottle and 300 Psc Color printed Cup. T
Print 3 to 5 Logos (multicolor) for Branding.

Payment:

· National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) will release the amounted as proposed including all applicable taxes as per the Nepal Government rule. NDFN will release 50% of the amount as first payment at the start of the agreement. The remaining amount will be released after the submission of the final product.
