Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) is established in 1995 as a national-level umbrella organisation of deaf citizens in the country. NDFN works to promote the rights of people with hearing impairment including Deaf, Deafblind, and others with complex disabilities. Currently, NDFN is implementing the project “Strengthening Inclusive Education Systems and Services in Nepal” in partnership with Sense International is being implemented in Bharatpur Metropolitan City and Kalika Municipality of Chitwan. NDFN announces the call for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for making sketches as per the criteria and guidance of NDFN team which is related to activities of Daily living (ADL). Other Details and Specification are given below :

Eligible and interested individuals/companies are invited to submit expressions of interest to the following address:

Application Submission and Selection:

NDFN reserve the right to select or not to select any of the applications. NDFN keeps safeguarding as a top priority so, any data or information collected during the task shall be kept confidential and shall not be disseminated without NDFN's prior consent.

B. Submission of Expression of Interest

A company or individual with Experience in the work of painting and sketching may submit an expression of Interest.
This expression of interest is open to all eligible company/firms or individuals.
NDFN will select the consultant based on their experience and amount proposed for the task.
Sample work done in past should be submitted for reference.
Deadline for the submission of EOI: 14^th September 2024.
Expression of Interest should include the following information:

(i)	A covering letter addressed to the NDFN on the official letterhead of company with Stamp duly signed by authorized signatory with a title in email “ Submission of EOI for Printing Materials”
(ii)	Registration Documents are mandatory (PAN, Tax Clearence, Company Registration certificated in respective government authority)
(iii)	Completion of Work by: 10^th of September 2024
(iv)	Applicants Experience history
(v)	Total Cost for the painting and sketch as per the specification below including Vat, Delivery cost and any other cost if applicable.

Key Responsibilities of Consultant Company:

As a consultant, will have to prepare the sketch/ painting as per the specification and Quantity approved by NDFN.
Approved the materials from the NDFN team.
Consult the working team of NDFN to make sure for the best quality of work.
Handover final product to the NDFN.
Provide support on any technical issue until the end of the work.

Duration of the Agreement:

The consultant shall commence the work from the date of signing the agreement and
complete only after delivering the Posters to NDFN Office. Consultant Company/ individual should complete all the task and submit the final printed poster to NDFN Office by 30^th September 2024.

Data and Assistance to be provided by the NDFN

The following shall be provided to the consultant by NDFN:

Data Protection and Safeguarding :

All the data generated by the consultant will be the property of NDFN. The consultant will have no rights and shall not use and disclose the data of the application without taking prior consent from NDFN. Violation of the data is strictly prohibited.
While working with NDFN, the entire consultant must follow the safeguarding standards of NDFN relating to the work/ task assigned with the Principle of Do No Harm.

Payment:

National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) will release total amount (100%) as proposed including all applicable taxes as per the Nepal Government rule after the completion of whole Task and submission of the given task to NDFN office.
Tax as per the rule of Nepal government will be deducted.

Termination of Contract:

The contract will be terminated automatically after the completion of the contract date. Anything not mentioned in ToR will be solved by mutual discussion and consensus.

EOI Submitted after deadline will not be considered.
