Accessible Physical Infrastructure and Communication Services for Persons with Disabilities, Section 14 of 2069, should ensure accessible communication system for deaf and hard of hearing people and every news channel should broadcast news in sign language at least once a day and every news bulletin. While broadcasting, the main news should be broadcast in parallel in sign language as well as any urgent information broadcast from the government or private sector to the public through television should be broadcast in sign language as well.
