Provision to appoint persons with disabilities in employment

What are the government rules regarding the appointment of persons with disabilities in any industry or establishment?

Persons with disabilities should be appointed on the basis of the following priorities until suitable work is available in an establishment based on the ability, training, qualifications and experience of persons with disabilities:
A) deemed more appropriate based on disability and nature of work,
B) a person with a disability from a poor family,
C) Permanently residing in a backward area as per prevailing law,
D) Prescribed by the Government of Nepal on the basis of the severity of the disability.
