Here's how deaf people can get free health care according to the law.
The Government of Nepal shall bear all the expenses incurred in the treatment of the following diseases while treating the deaf and other persons with disabilities who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment of the following serious illnesses as per paragraph 7, section 25 of the Disability Rights Rules 2077:
A) Heart disease,
B) Kidney disease,
C) Cancer,
D) Other diseases as prescribed by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
The right to free health is mentioned in the Disability Rights Regulation 2077.
