In this material, people with deafness and other disabilities will be able to understand what facilities are available in public transport.
(1) The public transport shall provide fifty percent discount on the fare of traveling by public means such as bus, train, airplane to the deaf person with disability on the basis of identity card.
(2) The following public transport vehicles with the following seat capacity shall reserve the following seats for persons with disabilities:
A) One seat for a vehicle with a capacity of ten seats or less
B) Vehicles with a capacity of eleven to fifteen seats have two seats
C) Vehicles with a capacity of sixteen to thirty seats have three seats
D) Vehicles with a capacity of more than 30 seats have four seats
E) Large vehicles including railways have at least five percent of the total number of seats
