How to register an association from District Administration Office?

Information on the process of registering an organization from the District Administration Office is available in this material.

A) A petition signed by the members of the ad hoc committee having at least 7 members with the details of the prescribed format.
B) 4 copies of the amended constitution signed on the bottom of each page of all the members of the managing committee by typing only one side on clean A4 size paper.
C) Copy of the names of all the members of the committee and recommendation of the concerned local level (municipality, village).
D) Police report of the members.
E) Agreement made with the owner of the house where the office of the organization is located.
F) Minutes of the meeting of the members of the managing committee of the organization regarding the registration of the organization.
