Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

The National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) was established in 1995 as a national-level umbrella organization of deaf citizens in the country. NDFN works to promote the rights of people with hearing impairment including Deaf, Deafblind, and others with complex disabilities. Currently, NDFN is implementing the project “Strengthening Inclusive Education Systems and Services in Nepal” in partnership with Sense International is being implemented in Bharatpur Metropolitan City and Kalika Municipality of Chitwan. NDFN announces the call for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for the printing of the Poster:

Sign Language Nepali and English Alphabets and Numbers with Signs.
Poster related to CVPP (Child and Vulnerable Protection Policy)

Eligible and interested individuals/company are invited to submit expressions of interest to the following address:

Application Submission and Selection:

NDFN reserves the right to select or not to select any of the applications. NDFN keeps safeguarding as a top priority so, any data or information collected during the task shall be kept confidential and shall not be disseminated without NDFN's prior consent.

B. Submission of Expression of Interest

Expression of Interest may be submitted by a company with experience in printing materials with good quality of work
This expression of interest is open to all eligible companies or firms.
NDFN will select the consultant based on their experience and the amount proposed for the task.
Deadline for submission of EOI: 24^th June 2024
Expression of Interest should include the following information:

(i)	A covering letter addressed to the NDFN on the official letterhead of the company with a Stamp duly signed by an authorized signatory with a title in the email “Submission of EOI for Printing Materials”
(ii)	Registration Documents are mandatory (PAN, Tax Clearance, Company Registration certified in respective government authority)
(iii)	Completion of Work by: 30^th of June.
(iv)	Applicants experience history
(v)	Total Cost for the Printing materials as per the specification below including VAT, Delivery cost and any other cost if applicable.

Key Responsibilities of Consultant Company:

As a consultant, will have to print the poster material as per the specification and quantity approved by NDFN.
Approved the materials from the NDFN team.
Consult the working team of NDFN to make sure for the best quality of work.
Hand over the final product to the NDFN.
Provide support on any technical issue until the end of the work.

Duration of the Agreement:

The consultant shall commence the work from the date of signing the agreement and
complete only after delivering the posters to the NDFN Office. The consultant company should complete all the tasks and submit the final printed poster to the NDFN Office by the 30^th of June 2024.

Data and Assistance to be provided by the NDFN

The following shall be provided to the consultant by NDFN:

Finalized Design for the print.

Data Protection:

All the data generated by the consultant will be the property of NDFN. The consultant will have no rights and shall not use and disclose the data of the application without obtaining prior consent from NDFN. Violation of the data is strictly prohibited.

Payment:

National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) will release the total amount (100%) as proposed including all applicable taxes as per the Nepal Government rule after the completion of the whole task and submission of the printed poster to the NDFN office.
Tax as per the rule of the Nepal government will be deducted.

Termination of Contract:

The contract will be terminated automatically after the completion of the contract date. Anything not mentioned in ToR will be resolved by mutual discussion and consensus.

EOI submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
