NDFN prioritizes safeguarding, ensuring that any data or information collected during the task remains confidential and shall not be disseminated without NDFN's prior consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)<br>Deadline for Submission: 20th February 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expression of Interest should include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A covering letter addressed to NDFN on the official letterhead of the company or firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of Application, including the plan of action, company registration or firm registration documents, applicant's information details, and work experience details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost Proposal, including the cost breakdown for the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>English-Nepali Translation Devices: Around 250-280 devices required to cover 3 halls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translation Booth: Pricing for providing a translation booth in the main hall for live translations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other Necessary Equipment: Any additional tools or items required for effective translation services in all halls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities of Vendor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Provide and deliver approximately 250-280 English-Nepali translation devices, ensuring they are fully functional and suitable for use across 3 halls in Pokhara.<br>\u2022 Supply and set up a translation booth in the main hall for live translation services.<br>\u2022 Ensure the devices and booth meet quality standards, providing clear and accurate translations during events.<br>\u2022 Support the setup and troubleshooting of devices and booths during the event as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment Terms:<br>\u2022 NDFN will release the amount as proposed, including all applicable taxes as per Nepal Government regulations.<br>\u2022 50% of the amount will be released at the start of the agreement.<br>\u2022 The remaining 50% will be released upon the submission and approval of the final devices and translation booth setup.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submission To: National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN)Kathmandu, NepalEmail: vacancy@deafnepal.org.npPrinted copies can also be submitted to the NDFN office - Ranibari, Kathmandu, Nepal.
