The event focuses on promoting inclusive education and accessibility for people with deafblindness. &nbsp;The services required are detailed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event Management Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Audio-Visual Setup<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One <strong>large digital screen<\/strong> (8 ft. x 16 ft.) for presentations and visual displays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two <strong>video cameras<\/strong> with operators to capture the sign language interpreters and display them on the digital screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One\/two <strong>monitors<\/strong> at the front of the dais for presenters to view their presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Branding and Publicity Materials<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two <strong>large gates<\/strong> with branding for the main entrances of the conference venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximately <strong>15-20 banners<\/strong> for event branding and publicity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stalls Setup<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10 stalls<\/strong> to showcase technology and other exhibits, each equipped with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Canopy tent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Table and chairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable electricity supply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photography and Videography<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One professional <strong>photo camera<\/strong> with a dedicated photographer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On-site technical support to manage audio-visual equipment and other logistical needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination and installation of all materials as per the event schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested event management providers are requested to submit a detailed proposal, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specifications and details of the equipment and services offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposed designs for gates, banners, and stalls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team structure and experience in handling similar events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost breakdown for all requested services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terms and conditions for service delivery and payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly submit your Expression of Interest along with the proposal by <strong>4<sup>th<\/sup> Feb 2025<\/strong> to <a href=\"mailto:conference@deafblindasia2025.org\">conference@deafblindasia2025.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to collaborating with an experienced and resourceful team to ensure the successful execution of our event.
