Duration of the Agreement:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe consultant shall commence the work from the date of signing the agreement and
complete only after delivering the Posters to NDFN Office. Consultant Company\/ individual should complete all the task and submit the final printed poster to NDFN Office by 30th<\/sup> September 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data and Assistance to be provided by the NDFN<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe following shall be provided to the consultant by NDFN:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n- Finalized concept<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Amendments If required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Data Protection and Safeguarding :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- All the data generated by the consultant will be the property of NDFN. The consultant will have no rights and shall not use and disclose the data of the application without taking prior consent from NDFN. Violation of the data is strictly prohibited. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- While working with NDFN, the entire consultant must follow the safeguarding standards of NDFN relating to the work\/ task assigned with the Principle of Do No Harm. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN) will release total amount (100%) as proposed including all applicable taxes as per the Nepal Government rule after the completion of whole Task and submission of the given task to NDFN office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Tax as per the rule of Nepal government will be deducted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
