Definition of disability <\/p>\n
The 2006 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities defines persons with disabilities who are barred from participating in society as fully and effectively as other persons due to their interaction with various barriers created by physical, mental, intellectual or other long-term disabilities. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2074 defines a person with a disability as a person who is barred from participating in social life on a full and effective basis on the same basis as other persons due to long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory disability, functional limitations or existing barriers. That is defined.<\/p>\n
